Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Description: Essential duties include, but are not limited to, supporting Sales Manager and several Account Managers in all areas of the sales process including: typing proposals, memos, letters, filing, research, database management, writing production orders, assisting in writing and inputting sales orders, client follow-up. Position also backs up Continuity Manager in coordinating and processing radio copy. Requires excellent time management skills, prioritizing, attention to detail, deadlines and ability to proactively seek out and implement improved office processes and procedures as needed.

Location: Based in station headquarters in San Francisco (Financial District).

Employment Status: Full time.

Compensation: Salary. Negotiable based on experience

Job Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish with proficiency in speaking, writing and translating skills. Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Prefer candidates with two years experience in a fast paced office environment. Radio or media experience helpful but not required.
